Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 5 PM EST (excluding holidays) will ship within 2-3 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 5 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.

IMPORTANT:

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in weather condition, local delivery errors or international custom clearance.

We are not responsible for any type of lost, accidents and damages after shipping with our shipping carriers.

Please check your order upon received, we accept quality and discrepancy claims within 5 days of your delivery date.

We use USPS Fist Class/ Priority  service for domestic shippings, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes.

International Shipping :

Shipping costs are based on the total price of your merchandise.

We use USPS Economy International service for international orders.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ-

The receiver will be responsible for all taxes and customs duties, if they apply. Overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes which are payable by the customer upon receipt, and maybe affected by Customs and Excise delays.

lulaland is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted for store credit or equal merchandise only. Returns must be made within 14 days of order date and they must be pre-authorized by email prior to sending merchandise back, no exceptions. Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging. We do not refund shipping fees.

Damage/defect claims must be claimed within 5 business days of package arrival. We do not accept returns after 14 days from receipt of purchase.
