SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 5 PM EST (excluding holidays) will ship within 4 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 5 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.

IMPORTANT:

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in weather condition, local delivery errors or international custom clearance.

We are not responsible for any type of lost, accidents and damages after shipping with our shipping carriers.

Please check your order upon received, we accept quality and discrepancy claims within 5 days of your delivery date.

SHIPPING COSTS

Domestic Shipping (US Shipping)

*$10 Flat Rate

We use USPS Fist Class/ Priority/ UPS Ground  service for domestic shipping, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes.

International Shipping :

Shipping costs are based on the total price of your merchandise.

We use USPS Economy International, UPS or DHL services depending on the destination for international orders. If you have any questions please contact us!

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ-

lulaland cannot estimate or cover duties or taxes on international orders. 

The receiver will be responsible for all taxes and customs duties, if they apply. Overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes which are payable by the customer upon receipt, and maybe affected by Customs and Excise delays.

lulaland is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted for store credit or equal merchandise only. Returns must be made within 14 days of order date and they must be pre-authorized by email prior to sending merchandise back, no exceptions. Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging. We do not refund shipping fees.

All SALE merchandise is final sale: No returns, No exchanges, or No store credit given.

Damage/defect claims must be claimed within 5 business days of package arrival. We do not accept returns after 14 days from receipt of purchase.

Please note, you are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us and the new shipment of your exchanged product. We are not responsible for missing packages. Once we have received your return we will process store credit or exchange within 5 business days.

STORE CREDIT

No expiry date. Please keep the original store credit code.

NO RESELLING

You shall purchase products through the Website solely for your own use and not for resale.  You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims asserted by a third party, regardless of the theory under which such claim is asserted, arising out of the resale or distribution of any products or materials by you.  Also, you are not authorized to use any of our trademarks or trade names without our consent.
